Providing Solutions with Integrity isn’t just our motto, it is what we love to do. We chose the word 'Providing' deliberately. Sometimes there are off of the shelf packages that can provide what is needed with some configuration and possibly some customization. Other times a true custom solution will need to be created. Regardless, it is our goal to provide (create and/or find and deliver) the best possible solution with the utmost integrity. Why is integrity important? It is vital that our clients know that we are not here to take them for a ride. We are here to help them be profitable. We will work hard for our clients and we only charge for the hours we are working to solve our client’s problems. Detailed invoicing with specific time spent on tasks can be provided to our clients. Time tracking is taken seriously at GlobalCove Technologies. This helps us streamline our process and helps us know how we are tracking on a project. The last thing anyone wants is to be informed toward the end of a project timeline that the project is only half done.

Expectations are a big deal. We want to make sure our clients know exactly what to expect every step of the way.

The Sales Pitch

The first expectation I want to set is that if you contact GlobalCove Technologies you will be contacted by the next business day. We can then setup a time to discuss your need and determine if GlobalCove Technologies is a good fit for you. Assuming we are, we can then setup the first official meeting either remotely or onsite to determine the scope and requirements of the project. Any time charged for this meeting will be applied to the overall project if you decide to move forward.
